This policy explains how NameMemoir handles your data. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell it. NameMemoir is operated by Praveen, based in Berlin, Germany.

What we collect

• Email addresses you voluntarily submit — for the newsletter or a naming report — stored and processed via Brevo (our email provider).
• Payment information for the naming report, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Naming report preferences you choose to share in the order form, used solely to prepare your report.
• Anonymous analytics about page visits, to understand what's useful. No advertising profiles are built.

How we use it

We use your email to send what you asked for (the newsletter or your report and its confirmation). We use your report preferences only to prepare your report. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data with anyone.

Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-friendly cookies — including one to remember your cookie choice and basic anonymous analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on your first visit.

Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us.

Data retention

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and report-order details only as long as needed to deliver and support your report.
